All events must pay a $250 security deposit to hold the date.
The group is responsible for providing their own insurance as well as an ABC License.
All prices above are before taxes. The state of Virginia has set taxes at 5.3%.
Credit Card payments for events will be assessed a convenience fee of 2%

Cabins and lodge will be assessed a 10.3% tax set by the state of Virginia
Check in is at 4pm; Check out is at 10:30am.
Group must notify staff if extra time is needed in room. Fees may apply.
Add On Items
$20 pet fee per night for each dog. (limit 2 dogs)
$20 bed fee if an additional bed is requested (If room allows and if available)
$40 fee for excessive trash in room. (We have provided 1 can for trash and 1 for recycling. Anything
outside of the can is considered excessive).
$150 fee for bringing a dog in a pet free room.
$250 fee for smoking in any room
Campground
Small Site - 1,2,4,5,7,10 - $30 tax included
Large site - 3,6,8,9 - $40 tax included
All campsites include use of bathhouse, potable water, hiking trails, and fire pit.
