St Germain is a bar/restaurant, and it's a regular choice for a girl's night,

usually in the bar. A fabulous, sophisticated chocolate and white decor and

friendly (and often gorgeous) waiters welcome you when you walk through the

door. The cocktail list is tremendous - the Amour Rouge and Bellini get my

vote. The wine list is dangerously good. The wine is all stacked up on the wall

behind the bar, and the more expensive the bottle, the higher it is.

Barn dance! I will never forget my 40th birthday. I was collected in a horse

was really a great day. I used the healing pool and dance classes, but the

facial was the best part. I don't think I have ever felt so pampered and relaxed,

and the experience was all for me which made me feel special. The meals in

the resuarant were also very nice. In all it was the most relaxed I have ever

been and I left feeling refreshed.
