My partner has been injured in a traffic accident and requires my care. This prevents me
from attending an event I have already purchased a ticket for. Will I receive a refund of the
ticket price?
Yes, but only if you and your partner are cohabitants and live together at the address indicated
as your address of residence.
A car breakdown has prevented me from attending a festival. Will the insurer reimburse me
for the ticket price?
Yes, but only if the breakdown occurred on the day of the event (not earlier than six hours
before the event), required roadside assistance and made the car immobile until the day after
the event. Running out of fuel is not covered.
The day before my event I was admitted to a hospital because of gallbladder inflammation.
Will I get a refund for the ticket?
Yes, of course, you will get a refund. The insurance guarantees reimbursement in the event of
sudden illness requiring immediate hospitalisation.
I couldnt attend a concert because my train was late. Will I get a refund for the ticket to the
concert?
Yes, but only if the train was at least two hours delayed and the delay occurred on the day of
the concert.
My event has been postponed by the organiser. The new date doesnt suit me. Will I get a
refund of the ticket price?
As per the General Terms of Insurance, if an event is postponed by the organiser the ticket
price is not refunded.
Is there a limit on a ticket price refund?
Yes, refunds are capped at PLN 1,000.00.
I cant attend an event I have already purchased a ticket for. How do I report this?
You should call the Operating Centre immediately at +48 22 563 12 22. Our staff will tell you all
about the documents you need to send to the Operating Centre.
Whats the reimbursement procedure?
Refunds are made to the bank account specified by the insured.
How long will I have to wait to get my refund?
It will take us up to 30 days from the date of receiving your claim to pay the refund. However,
if any circumstances arise that prevent us from determining our liability, your refund should be
paid within 14 days after the issue is resolved.
How do I cancel my ticket insurance policy?
You can terminate the policy at any time, but only by sending a termination notice to
Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster will cancel your policy and refund you your prepaid premium (in
proportion to the unused period of the policy). The notice should be sent to
info@ticketmaster.pl (soon to be changed to polisa@ticketmaster.pl).
