No grades lower than a C- (1.7) will be accepted for meeting the Pre-Pharmacy Requirements
Important:
If you complete a Bachelor’s (B.S. or B.A.) degree prior to the Fall semester you intend to start pharmacy school you do
not need to complete the English Composition, Public Speaking, or Cultural Enrichment pre-pharmacy requirements.
The Bachelor’s degree fulfills these requirements.

General Education Cultural Enrichment
The University’s general education program requires a minimum of 9 semester credit hours from the following
subject areas/courses: Architecture, Art, Art History, Creative Writing, Foreign Language, History, Humanities,
Literature, Music, and Theater. Religion, Ethics, and Philosophy courses may satisfy this requirement. One of these
courses must transfer into FSU at a 200 level or higher. (Note: No more than 5 hours of Music/Theater activity
courses can count toward fulfillment of this requirement).
