Robert graduated cum laude from Rhodes College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political
Science. He received his Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2011.
Robert worked as an Associate Attorney at Luther, Crowe and Rainey, P.C. and at Luther, Collier,
Hodges & Cash, L.L.P. before he began working in his current position as an Associate Attorney at
Burr & Forman, L.L.P. He represents a large municipality in defense of employment, personal
injury and constitutional claims, and also represents large banking institutions in defense of
commercial claims. He represents clients in personal injury, products liability, construction, and
wrongful death actions.
Robert is a member of the Mobile Bar Association, Florida Bar Association. He is a member of the
Alabama State Bar Young Lawyers Section and serves on the Executive Committee. He is Past
Chair of the Statewide Orange Beach CLE and Past Chair of the Statewide Iron Bowl CLE. Robert
is a member of the American Bar Association, and served as District Representative in the Young
Lawyers Division and Vice Chair of the Young Lawyers Division Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice
Committee. He is member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and serves on the Young
Lawyers Section Board of Directors. Robert is a member of the South Alabama Volunteer Lawyers
Program, and is a Big Brother with Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Alabama. He is a member of
St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, where he served as Clerk of the Vestry and Vestry Member.
