Vodafone Business Best Tariff Advice Notification
Why am I receiving this notice?
Under EU regulation we are required to issue a best tariff advice notification to you once in every 12-month
period if you choose to remain on your price plan after the minimum term is over.
What advice is included?
We have set out below a number of possible service options and price points which you can choose to suit
your individual likely needs. The mobile price plan details are based on whether you want to get a new phone
or whether you would prefer to keep your existing phone.
Can I stay on my existing price plan?
You can of course stay on your existing price plan if that is your preference, and no action is required. This
message is simply designed to make you aware of the options that are currently available which may have
changed since you connected to your current plan.
How can I change my price plan?
If you want to change your price plan, please go to Vodafone.ie and you can make the change there. You can
access MyVodafone from the home page of www.vodafone.ie or via your MyVodafone mobile application. You
can also change your plan in a Vodafone retail store or by contacting us directly.
I’m a mobile customer. What if I want a new phone?
The Vodafone website has most up to date details of all the price plans available if you want to get a new phone.
