Hey there everybody, Sarah here with an update on Ladies of Valhalla.
As we slowly edge out of the weirdest year of our lives (I hope I speak for everyone when I say that, because if you’ve had a weirder year than the last 12 months I need to know about it!), there are changes afoot here in Valhalla.
A lot has changed for all of us in the last year: Jess has become a Plant Mom (many many times over), Bronwyn has scienced the shit of out “wild covid”* and I’ve made a number of questionable life decisions, including but not limited to moving house during a global pandemic. However one thing that has remained constant is our friendship, and the fact that we can always talk each other off the ledge in Cheerleader Chat.
This notwithstanding, earlier this month Bronwyn made the difficult decision that she was no longer going to take part in Ladies of Valhalla, and therefore Jess and I have made the equally difficult decision to stop producing the show that we all loved together.
We are not wiping the slate clean mind, our back catalogue of shows will remain here on the website, and on your podcast platform of choice.
I believe that I can speak for not only myself, but all of our lovely listeners, when I thank Bronwyn and Jess for everything they brought to the show over the last few years that we have had together, and to wish them both all the very best for the future, whatever it involves for us all.
